The newest way of losing weight is intermittent fasting. For its knowledge providers, this is the known most effective way of losing weight. Although it is found to be effective, you should encounter lots of hardships to succeed with it. You need to be well motivated to make sure that you will surpass all the sacrifices you may encounter while intermittent fasting.

Intermittent fasting is a long process and along with that process, you will need to skip lots of meals to lessen the fat content you may consume everyday. It is not about not eating completely within the day. You just need to lessen the amount of your food intake and eventually, you may be used to skipping meals a lot. Just keep in mind not to abruptly do this for it may cause deadly diseases such as ulcer and appendicitis. Do it slowly until you are already comfortable with it.

The recommended pattern of daily meals is 1-2-1. This means eat a spoonful of rice n breakfast, 2 spoonful of rice at lunch, and revert back to a spoonful of rice at dinner. If you feel that you can adapt with lesser amount of meals, and then do it.

Some experts also recommend assigning 1-2 days a week wherein you will not completely eat within 24 hours. However, it is advisable for you to drink lots of water to somehow fill energy inside you. Keep in mind to just drink water and not any carbonated drinks. It will just cause you more thirst.
